What is the difference between steel mesh skeleton composite pipe and PE pipe

Steel mesh skeleton composite pipe belongs to a category of PE pipe, but it has more superior properties than PE pipe in many attributes:
1. The steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe adopts high-quality materials and advanced production technology, so that it has higher pressure resistance. At the same time, the composite pipe has excellent flexibility and is suitable for long-distance buried water and gas pipeline systems. The pipe fittings used in the steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe are polyethylene electrofusion pipe fittings. When connecting, the outer layer plastic of the pipe and the inner layer of the pipe are melted by the heating body inside the pipe, so that the pipe and the pipe are connected together reliably.
2. Welding of PE pipes, butt welds of PE pipes, this method provides the highest reliability and a range of diameters and pressure processes: heating the end of the pipe, using a tool called contact pressure and temperature defined under "Mirror". The ends are contacted quickly and kept under pressure during the cooling process.
PE pipe has medium density polyethylene pipe and high density polyethylene pipe. According to the wall thickness, it is divided into SDR11 and SDR17.6 series. The former is suitable for conveying gaseous artificial gas, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, while the latter is mainly used for conveying natural gas. Compared with steel pipes, the construction process is simple, and it has a certain flexibility. More importantly, it is not used for anti-corrosion treatment, which will save a lot of processes. The disadvantage is that the equipment is not as good as the steel pipe. In the construction, special attention is paid to the safety distance of the thermal heating, and it cannot be exposed to the sun in the air, and it is sensitive to chemicals to prevent the leakage of the sewage pipe from causing damage.
